IBG welcomed Rachel to the agency in 2018.
Rachel began her travel career in 1998 as a corporate travel specialist after graduating from The Travel Education Institute. She spent the first ten years of her career in corporate travel.

Rachel's GDS knowledge and experience working with airlines has been beneficial to the team.

Since joining IBG she began her education in leisure travel- planning all-inclusive vacations, cruises as well as domestic destinations. She has participated in an agent familiarization trip where she toured four Sandos properties in Mexico. Rachel's certifications include:

- Sandos Smart Agent
- Jamaica Travel Specialist
- Universal Orlando Resort Specialist
- AMR Master Agent

Leisure travel was always a goal for Rachel, as she loves working with people and encouraging their passion for personalized vacation travel. She has traveled to Antigua, Puerto Rico, Cancun, Manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta . All inclusive resorts are now her passion and will soon be visiting Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
